Making & dispatch time

Every piece is made in small numbers, so a design is either in stock or made for you.

In stock — dispatched within 3–5 business days.

Made to order — dispatched within 30 working days.

Each product page says which applies to the size you have chosen, so you know before you reach checkout. Sizes are listed as the ring's inside circumference in millimetres with the US equivalent. If the size you need is not listed, add it in the order notes at checkout and we will make it to fit.

United Kingdom

Standard tracked delivery costs £3.95, and standard delivery is free on orders of £150 or more. Express tracked delivery costs £6.99. You will receive tracking details by email once your piece is on its way.

United States

We ship to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. Shipping availability is confirmed from the delivery address entered at checkout.

Royal Mail International Tracked costs £18, and is free on orders of £150 or more. The estimated transit time is 6–10 business days after dispatch.

Everywhere else

Royal Mail International Tracked costs £18 to every other country we ship to. Transit time varies by destination. The free-delivery threshold applies to the United Kingdom and the United States only.

Delivery prices are set in pounds sterling and are converted to your local currency at checkout, so the exact amount you pay is shown before you confirm the order.

Import duties and taxes

Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom are shipped Delivered At Place (DAP). Import duties, taxes and carrier handling fees are not included in the product or shipping price and are the customer's responsibility. These charges may be collected by the carrier before delivery.

If an order is refused or returned because import charges are not paid, any refund will be reduced by outbound shipping, return shipping, customs charges and other costs incurred by us, where permitted by law.

Tracking, delays and lost parcels

You will receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched. Customs clearance can extend the delivery estimate and is outside our control.
