Every piece is made and dispatched by hand from London.

Making & dispatch time

In-stock pieces are dispatched within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order, adjusted or bespoke pieces take longer; your making time will be confirmed by email after ordering.

Where we ship

We ship within the United Kingdom and internationally. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Orders are sent with a tracked service, and you will receive tracking details by email once your piece is on its way.

International orders — customs & duties

For orders outside the UK, any import duties, taxes or customs charges are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the price or shipping cost at checkout.
