Refund policy

Each piece is made by hand, and we want you to love what you receive. Please read the following before ordering.

In-stock pieces — 14 days

Ready-made, in-stock pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unworn and returned in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, email keli1002@outlook.com with your order number. Return postage is arranged and paid by the customer, and we recommend a tracked service. Once your return arrives and is inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Bespoke, custom & made-to-order — non-returnable

Because they are created specifically for you, bespoke and custom commissions, and pieces adjusted or resized to order, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Faulty or damaged items

If a piece arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photograph. We will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you.

A note on handmade pieces

Small variations in form, texture and finish are natural to handmade work and are part of the character of each piece — not a fault.
