Refund policy

Each piece is made by hand, and we want you to love what you receive.

14 days to change your mind

Everything in the shop can be returned within 14 days of delivery — including a piece made to order in your size — provided it is unworn and returned in its original condition and packaging. To start a return, use our contact form with your order number and we will send return instructions. Return postage is arranged and paid by the customer, and we recommend a tracked service. Once your return arrives and is inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Bespoke commissions

This applies only to future bespoke commissions — a piece designed with you from scratch and agreed with the studio in advance. Nothing currently listed in the shop is bespoke, and choosing a listed size is not a bespoke commission. Because a commission is made to your own specification, change-of-mind returns cannot be accepted on it. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Faulty or damaged items

If a piece arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with a photograph and your order number. We will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

A note on handmade pieces

Small variations in form, texture and finish are natural to handmade work and are part of the character of each piece — not a fault.
